I was the victim of a Home Invasion that occurred in January 18th, 2013 at 4214 E Morrow Drive 85050 zip code. Phoenix not only tried to cover the fact that a home invasion occurred. It took 4 yeas to finally get the police report after requesting several times. They left me out of the Investigation tried down playing the charges that were filed with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and tried calling the scene something to the Arizona Republic Newspaper. I was given the chance to testify or press formal charges. Ended up being denied Victim's Advocate Services then Phoenix Police Department & Maricopa County Investigators assisted in the Foreclosure of my house 10 months later. Now I am here 5 years later trying to press charges and file Police Misconduct Charges and they're trying everything to every keep from being classified as a victim of a traumatic event, ended being stabbed about 6 months ago and that Police Report is missing now as well. I am not sure if this is a racial issue because of me being Hispanic or because of a Political Issues with my family's status in Texas. Please other issues that have yet to discuss. I can say what I did wrong on maybe one or 2 charges but when officers have to lie on a police report and beat me very bad on my head and body when they already had me to the ground and not to say I had my hands in the air for them and had to rush me and knock me down with those officers beating on me. I still am suffering through some shock and dizziness everday and even afraid to go out in public because of the media who put me out on blast and going off on liies of what officers and to put and not putting the truth. I am in the process of taking a lie detector test to prove I am not lying about any of these allegations towards these coward officers who want to take cheap shots on me while on the ground for no reason at all. I would like to have my story told and for them to find out why they are lying about the police report and leaving people out of the report when I know someone should have been on it. I have 8 children of my own and never have I put my hands on them and to think that on the police report to say that I threw some boy,
