Charles Newman, DBA Marquis BUilders, DBA Phoenix General contractors Gave a false lien waiver to the owner of a project he was the General Contractor on. He was terminated from the project for being months behind schedule and not paying the subcontractors. He had been paid the money but was keeping a lions share for himself and not paying the other contractors. He was terminated from the project so now the subcontractors have to sue him to get paid since the owner had allready paid him the money. This is not his first complaint iether. Total
