PHOENIX CARD COOP steals commissioned goods from its clients. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. After doing my own inventory of hundreds of sports cards, prior to passing them on to PHOENIX CARD COOP, a few months lapsed by. We were given and eBay site by them, in order to track our goods sales. Watching and logging the sales weekly, after the first month we had some concerns as to the way they were liquidating our product. Sales sheets were given to us, although they did not match up to their on line sales. After 9 weeks of the store selling our goods, and NOT one payment from them, now we were really concerned. In the meantime, the sales sheets given to us showed sales that were outside of the online sales, and the goods that were sold, were sold 50-80 % below current markets value. MORE RED FLAGS. NOW WE ARE REALLY CONCERNED. Before confronting the store with any accusations, we now did a thorough log of sales versus our original inventory sheets.
WOW.....low and behold, we are not seeing cards that were supposed to be sold from batch #1 to batch #2-3 and four to boot. After weighing our options, the first thing we did was go get whatever inventory was left over from the batches of cards given to the store. With a lot of hesitation from manager at store, we finally received "1" 3000ct box back our card collection, and was told that was it....meanwhile still NO monies given o us. We had over 10,000 cards inventoried, that was given in 5-6 batches(lots) to and accepted by the store. Well, to put this in closing , over half of what cards we submitted to them were not present, there was no record as to where they went. Manager at store is a THEIF, can't blame the owner because he was never present. Tried to get in touch with owner but to no avail.
BOTTOM LINE IS THE STORE AND/OR MANAGER TOOK US FOR A RIDE....THEIR INVENTORY GOT REPLENISHED, OURS GOT DEPLEATED, AND NOT A DIME, I SHOULD SAY PENNY WAS GIVEN TO US FOR OUR CARD SALES. HUNDRED OF CARDS COME UP MISSING, WITH NO RESPONSE AS TO WHERE THEY ARE.....THEY SIMPLY DISSAPPEARED. DID NOT KNOW WE OWNED "GHOST CARDS". In process now of meeting them in a courtroom setting. We don't want another cosignor to become another VICTIM, of THE PHOENIX CARD COOP. One thing on our side, and it's a big one, is we took several photos of all cards , before releasing them to the PHOENIX CARD COOP. IF OTHERS HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME THINGS AS WE DID, WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT IT, AND SHARE WITH YOU A SPOT IN OUR COURTROOM. IF THEY DID IT ONCE, THEY WILL DO IT AGAIN A SECOND TIME. IM SURE WE ARE NOT AN ISOLATED CIRCUMSTANCE BY ANY MEANS.
