This is the 3rd time in a row that I've been to Pho Ty II where they overcharged me for the bill. Apparently this has been happening for some time as I see reviews on yelp warning the same thing. There are even pictures posted with proof of overcharging. They round up on the bill. My bill for $13.97 was rounded up to $15. Another time, the total should've been $9.62 and they rounded up to $9.75, which is not a big deal but it is the principle, especially since this has happened before. They are doing this with every bill and in turn ripping people off a little bit at a time. Very unethical.
