They sold me a lemon they knew the car they sold me had oil consumption problems before selling it to me. They have a third party car certification system called NIADA which is a scam they state that they do a 130 point inspection which they did not do to my car because it has an oil consumption problem. They sold me a 2015 Dodge dart with only 26,000 miles on it after two weeks it started stalling when it came to a complete stop and one day it stalled and would not start again so I had to have it towed in the middle of a congested intersection the mechanic concluded it was 4 quarts low on oil, but had no leaks so we fingered out that it had to be burning oil. I called NIADA because Philly Auto told me every NIADA certified car comes with a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty and they told me we are not covering it because it was a pr-existing condition what ever that means what a scam and that I needed to talk to Philly Auto so I go back to Philly Auto and was treated with extreme arrogance by there manager Robert Thompson and he told me that the oil consumption problem was not a "Philly Auto Thing" . Well it is a Philly Auto thing because they sold me a certified used car and the problem should have been found and that car should of never of left there lot I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have contacted the attorney generals office to tell them about there fraudulent practices.
On another note I have been networking with other Philly Auto customers that they screwed over and found out they are illegally charging a commission on BMW's that they sell lying to customers telling them they need to pay BMW a commission for every BMW they sell not true and BMW has been notified and is going after them.
