Modern day scam artists using contract law to force people into undesirable living situations for monetary gain. He is currently renting a house to someone who is terrorizing my neighborhood. His tenant drives a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, (CSW3089), who purposefully drives upwards of 60 miles an hour through my residential neighborhood, then conveniently slows down about 1 block away from his house. When I contacted Phillip about the issue he hung up the phone on me. Your pathetic attempt to make a living off of making people pay rent has diminished my community. You are a scumbag.
