First, I receive a letter from L.T. Giradello, the sales manager of PharmRep Connect. It is the same message as posted by Rellims in August 2016. I answer the questions and reply via email.
Mr. Giradello sends a follow-up email to watch a webinar. Oh, the webinar states that one make upwards to 200K easily and with only ten accounts could make upwards of 500K selling PGx lab testing services to physicians!
We have all heard the saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." I was skeptical. At the end of the webinar, I was told to message Andrew Perry, the VP of sales stating my interest in representing PharmRep Connect.
I was then set up for an interview time. Andrew did most of the talking; I said little. He was pitching me and never asked me any interview questions.
I was hired to be a 1099 paid rep. I received a sales agreement and initial letters via email and PDF attachments.
I read through the materials and was told to print them off and make my sales presentation by way of laminating sheets or using a tablet. I noticed that the "brochures" had typos and had photo issues as I 've seen that copies that I was to print had missing information on the right-hand side of the page. More cause for skepticism. It was not professional enough to my liking when providing them to healthcare professionals.
I have inquired about the quality and asked for better copies from which to print a better brochure. I have received no reply from the administration.
Then lo and behold I get an email from Andrew Perry of Circle Healthcare. They are recruiting for Pharmaceutical Sales Reps-Entry Level. I was told to reply back so as to move forward.
I responded to Andrew asking for clarification between PharmaRep Connect and Circle Healthcare Group. Did he need an additional rep? Was he adding others to my area besides myself?
A week has passed with no reply. Hmm?
Now, I have had no outlay of cash outside of a miniscule amount to print copies.
How do they plan to make money off of me I am not sure. Maybe they have you work your territory, sign up accounts, and then do not pay. I do not know, I never got that far to find out. Still, the whole operation is very fishy and raises much skeptical concern on their operation.
