I applied for a pharmaceutical sales job with Circle Healthcare. I received an email from another company, PharmaConnect who indicated that they had received my application. I didn't notice that the two company names were different at first. Their email indicated their interest in me, but they wanted me to answer a few questions, which I did. In response to my questions they emailed me back and told me that they were looking for reps who have completed the CNPR Pharmaceutical Sales Training with certification. I was given a link for that course. The cost for the course is $269. I have no idea of it's true value, if any. It seems that the company is simply attempting to funnel people to the training course. Perhaps they are an ISO, maybe they own the company, who knows. PharmaConnect does not publish an address on its site, so it's a little sketchy in my opinion. I'm not going to sign up for the course unless I get affirmation that it's all copacetic. Here are copies of the two emails.

This program will educate you for this industry as we need reps who want to enter a pharmaceutical sales career but understands pharma selling guidelines, pharmacology, pharmacogenetics, industry terminology and drug efficacy so you can communicate with physicians, etc. Please contact me immediately after you complete the industry product knowledge with industry certification and I can set up some interviews.
