An attempt to write to The Better Business Bureau results in censorship by PETRA Group and Associates that DID respond with the "Not In My Department!" excuse with a misleading response insinuating that they are not employees of Petra. Better Business Bureau does not verify the information.
If Ezekiel Kaye is or is not an Independent Contractor that is Irrelevant. Ezekiel Kaye is an employee that represents PETRA and PETRA is now responsible for permitting an employee to harrass a property owner that obtained information without the permission of the property owner in order to harrass the property owner. And with multiple aggressive attempts to acquire the property, paid in full, and taxes current, for ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ONE TIME CASH PAYMENT. The only option of response is to DISREGARD THE NOTICE while they continue to send even more notices. PETRA and Kris Kaye's response indicates that they are aware of and permitting the harrassment to continue. Kris had stated that PETRA does not do business outside of Nevada. Since Ezekiel Kaye is an employee of PETRA, that statement that Kris typed is false. There are numerous property listings IN TEXAS which provides contact infromation leading to PETRA.
