I was contacted by a lady working with Peter, I liked the program she put forth so I gave her a deposit on it over the phone. Within minutes they had ran my card for the deposit. A couple days later when the sent me the contract to sign the amounts were wrong so I emailed them back and told them about the discrepancy. When they resent it with the right amounts it still did not guaranty funding. I had an appointment for Julie Muse to call me and instead of was some assistant that assured me everything I was originally told was correct and to talk to Peter. After repeated emails he called me several times during the night due to the time difference where I live is four hours from GA and I had repeatedly told them in emails. When I did finally get to talk to him he pushed like used car salesman to get me to sign their contract and was really rude. When I tried to explain my reservations about his program as I only needed the funding not training and ran a job by him that I was in the middle of that had a very substantial profit he told me I didn't know anything about what I was doing and should just dump the property for whatever I could get and only do what he told me to do. I also have found out that he does not fund ever deal after watching some of his youtube videos. He only funds them if he decides to buy into the deal, if not you are on your own. I am still trying to get my deposit back as I never signed any contract.

A true Fraud! I wish I would've read these before jumping in but WOW! Peter Vekselman is a scam artist at the core! He doesn't give you a $1 Dollar worth of guidance or Coaching! One of the previous post fits my experience 100%!!! "Hey, do this, let me know when you're done, good job talk to you next week !! Bullcrap! When I quit he attempted to scam me out if more money by saying I was still in the program and I had returned payments LOL! When I challenged him he stated sorry and he fix it with accounting department!!! Lying a*s! No accounting department he runs payments from his phone on his own!. He also has a scammer that he claims doesn't work for him but is an independent contractor! lol Frederick Weiner is a bum who lies to get money for work he didn't and never planned on doing!

I was interested in how he finds deals. I don't need money or rehab know how. I need deals.
He would not provide specifics about questions I asked. When I asked how he finds seller leads he said he does not use the MLS or wholesalers.
He uses his own sophisticated marketing techniques. Sounds good but what is that. So I pressed him a little further and he told me it involved skip tracing.
Honestly that is pretty common place for many real estate offices. So I don't know what you really get for your money.
I wish I saw these reviews sooner, I paid $10,000 and received $2.00 worth of training. After 3 months of trying his methods and getting nowhere, getting no help from anyone, I asked for my money back. Peter V. absolutely refuses to refund my $10,000. As per Peter Vekselman He feels that they fulfill there side of the contract.
