I have left 3 mesg with their " "Messenger Service" which quite frankly sounds like some guy sitting at his kitchen table. Everyday I'm told that they are in meetings. No one has ever called me back. I was sent one automated message that at the end said if I pressed one I could talk to somebody but that didn't work. It just kept repeating the message .
I emailed them twice no response there either. They talked about how time is of the essence. I don't even know if the Amber Alert ever went out. I honestly don't think it did because none of my neighbors got it. I wouldn't dare ask for my money back because one of the stipulations is this big long agreement that you will not ask for your money back and it repeats that over and over and then you must agree to this.
Now I know why they have it in there and are so adamant about it. And I just keep remembering having them repeat, time is of the essence it's so important you're on a time frame. Every extra minute that goes by is less of a chance of you finding your animal and I can't even get anyone to answer my phone calls, questions, call me back.
I honestly don't think they even sent the Amber Alert out. They sent me one email informing me that exactly zero Flyers went out to local businesses. Okay, thank you for telling me what you didn't do. Wh I do want my money back but you not allowed to ask for that. The whole thing seems like a scam.
I highly doubt they have that many meetings and even if they did they should have somebody available to speak to people since time is of the essence and they sure don't have a problem taking your money and sending you emails telling you how it really would help if you upgrade.
They didn't mind taking my $79 quickly. They suppose to send out your lost pets info to surrounding vets and whoever else including neighbors. Hmm they're also suppose to send verification emails that they have sent the alerts out but nothing. Signed up with them approximately 24 hrs ago. My first called to voice my concern of why haven't been notified of anything was at 2:34 pm 10/14 and i was told that were so busy they'd have to get back to me, ok sounded a bit odd cause i've never known a company to have a rep leave a message for her co-worker to get back to get back to a customer. I asked her what was going and why i haven't heard anything for them and her answer was that she didn't have an updated log for the new files. This info should've been available for her to pull up since i paid them right? I waited for a call back and never got it so my next call was at 4:06, 4:08, 4:09, 5:17 and 6:01.
Remind you they stay open till 7 pm. The reason for all these calls is because after the first one i got a message saying that their phone was offline everytime i called back. Do not trust this company. Maybe they'll answer my dispute in my paypal inbox, if not i know what to do.
