Contacted toy poodle puppy breeder, at the number given on the website. I received a response via text. Picked a puppy, was told to supply my name, address and airport destination so they could register puppy for shipping company called Pet Delivery Agency. Asked that I pay for the puppy and shipping cost totaled $460.00. I received a tracking number to track the puppy, after the puppy got to AZ going to LAX they suddenly needed more money for insurance certificate. When I told them I did not have it Roland said he will try to help me. Hr called me back asking for a smaller amount. That's when I asked for a refund. He said he can't do that. I realized then that I had been scammed. He continued to text me after I told him I was going to alert authorities of this scam. But would never agree to refund my money. Finally he stop responding to my request for a refund altogether.
