How do you contact these people?

First off they didn't bill both insurances. Second, I called, the message stated it was too busy to connect me to anyone to do it online. I attempted to update my insurance online and then it wouldn't do anything. It wouldn't recognize the password or access key they mailed to me (I received in the mail today). I attempted it twice, before 5 pm Central time on a Monday. Maybe they should do their dang job and bill everyone in the first place.

My complaint is against the billing office of California Pacific Pathology Medical Group located in Fresno California who have TWICE billed me fraudulently.

First - billing me twice for the same lab services on 1/14/15 in two separate claims

Second - billing me for lab services (billing Blue Cross as a provider) for which I paid my assigned share of the cost, then they did not apply the Blue Cross contracted amount and then pursued me for the entire balance due without applying the Blue Cross' contracted discount. This is medical billing procedures 101.

My current complaint is the result of being billed almost $8,000 a second time, 11 months after the procedure that I had already paid my share (for which they are now billing me yet again in the duplicate claim).

You cannot reach these people on the phone or on line. They have automated dialed messages that when you call them right back they are closed (before 5pm).

When I enter my invoice number in the on-line search engine on their website that they have required registration and a password, it does not recognize the claim number, yet I am getting a notice on that same claim 11 months later saying "Your account is past due!! To avoid further collection activity, please mail payment in full today"

This is the worst run medical billing department I have ever encountered. I have mailed them copies of the duplicate claims twice now and several weeks or even months go by and then I get another collection notice. Nobody is reading the mail I send them, or at least not acting upon it - it is so clear that they are wrong to be billing me. Blue Cross has paid my claims, and I have paid my share of those claims in full.

Horrible telephone and online service

When I received my bill I put my insurance information on the back and mailed it in. They sent me another bill and when I attempted to call, it had me put in the account number info and kept me on hold before hanging up. Attempted to call again and got the same thing. On line customer service just as bad

Website won't recognize account number on billing statement

www.peryourheath.com website requires the account number on the billing statement, but it does not recognize it. It tells you to call customer service. When you calll customer service, it asks for your account number and DOES NOT RECOGNIZE IT, so it tells you to go to the website, while telling you there are no customer service reps available to accept your call (even though you were within the hours window). Then it disconnects you.

Great customer service, NOT!

Difficulty filing with correct Doctors name

The correct information was sent with my pap specimen and they entered the wrong doctors name into their system and the insurance denied payment as the doctor they entered was out of state. That was August of 2019, it is now May 2020 and after numerous phone calls it still is not been sent to the insurance company correctly.

Phone and online pay

Both of them you can't get anywhere they want their money but make it so difficult to pay it. And this is part of the reason we are in medical debt.

Similar to other complaints

If I could give this site a less than 0 rating I would. I have continually received a bill for 221 $ to a lab in Ohio from something that was done in Utah and is to be paid to an address in Colorado. Talk about the runaround. Attempting to connect via phone is useless, as the system does NOT recognize the numbers you enter for your account. Visiting the online site is the same. My solution is to continue to ignore this bill no matter how many nasty grams I get from them. I can't satisfy it via normal channels nor can I reach anyone to talk to.

horrible customer service.

NW Pathology Consultants PC sent me a bill. My doctor has no knowledge of the service claimed on the bill and they never contacted my insurance provider for payment. Wrote to them two times to submit request for payment to insurance company and if they denied payment, I would pay. Third bill arrived, but still not submitted to insurance company. Tried to call. after a considerable time on hold, they hung up. Tried to contact someone at peryourhealth.com but was not allowed to do anything other than pay the bill. THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM!
