I ordered 4 items for PP on July 23, 2017 for my 5th wedding anniversary trip. I never got a confirmation from them regarding the order. I called on Friday July 28 to see about a confirmation and was told I would receive one within the hour. I never got one instead when I had gotten home late the package was there. It was all 4 pieces stuffed into a small shipping bag. As I inspected the items the formal dress was ripped clean along the seam in the back I immediately took pictures and send an email. Didn't get a response so the next day on Saturday July 29 I called qns a young lady took my information. As I was about to ask a question she hung up. Finally on Monday I got an email from carlos who stated there were no more dresses in stock and that I could get the dress fixed and would give me a 25 dollar voucher However it's now Tuesday at 1114 and nothing in my email or my spam mailbox I read another person who stated that they will say they sent it but it went to the spam as carlos attempted to tell me about the confirmation email that never came in the first place I will be also contacting PayPal to let them know of this situation as well.
