If you ever run into Fray from Perfume de Paris in Vegas stay away. Yes run away from Fray.
This sales lady dragged us into her skin care store and sat us in chair, immediatly put eye cream on my husband and showed one eye to another comparison. He was impressed, before you know it she was putting a machine on my neck (which I saw no difference with using it). Very aggressive!
My husband and I are into looking better because we are getting older and deal with the public. I am ashamed to say we did make a purchase for 2 years worth of product $$$. I did recieve a email on instuctions one week after I purchased, we started using the products and they were not doing anything for us. I also noticed there was a product in her instructions that I do not have. I emailed my sales lady and she said she would call me to go over everything to see what I was doing wrong but i never recieved a call, I emailed her again with times I would be available EST with my phone number again.
Nothing, no call.
They have a no return policy which is rediculous, I have so much unopened product that I want to return and if these products are so good then they should not have to worry about anyone returning it. I feel I was mislead and scammed by this company and my sales person Fray.
I am disputing the purchase with my AMX as we speak.
We my friend and I said we were going to get a drink Danielle sales person went and bought one!!!! They never once commented or explained cancellation or return policy and we didn't think to ask. I tried for 2 days attempting to reach store to cancel products and no one answered. Customer service took my name and number but didn't call back for several days. All email attempts to reach them went unanswered until the product arrived within 56 hours. My husband signed for the package unaware of the situation. I fed Exed the package back only to have it refused. My credit card company is investigating but I potentially could be out $5100. Wish I had found this website before buying. We are in dispute and I don't know what the outcome will be, but stay away! It's a scam with intimidating personnel!!! They are bad news and the products can be. Purchased online.
