DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH STEVE MOORE or JUSTIN MASON! I have been in the insurance industry for many years and several companies but have never seen such a underhanded deceptive group of managers and agents. The main thing I had an issue with is on the surface they promote ethics but behind the scenes they promote nothing but churning and replacing business. Since the first week I was out they taught that "if you think the policy you are pitching is better than the one they have you can cancel their existing policy. In the first 3 months I was out I saw at least 40+ policies replaced to the benefit of the agent and to the loss of the consumer. Not only is this illegal but there was nothing else that they taught new agents of how to sell. I saw over 30 agents come and go, none of them made any money. (just like all the other comments you read when you Google search PMA scam) While I was making good money I left because the managers are laughing all the way to the top getting overrides and getting each agent to replace tons of policies and sign up their friends and family. Horrible experience and even worse people!
