This online traing golf instruction company makes it very easy to sign up for videos, but makes it almost impossible to cancel their service. I signed up online for one type of training program and they added on their own a free 14 trail subscription to another service I did not want or ask for. If a person does not cancel this free subscription then they will charge $19 a month on your credit that is on file with them.
They take your credit card and information online, but refuse to cancel your "free subscription to another service online"..They have responded to my email requests only by saying I have to contact their call center to cancel my subscription....due to security issues...what issues?? Bottomline their hypothetical call center is never open during their posted office hours and you have to leave a recording for them to call you back. But they never call back...what kind of scam is this.
They easily take your money, but refuse to cancel a subscription to a service I never ordered. I have sent numerous emails to their support staff via their email address, and have left numerous voice messages to their call center with no return phone calls yet. Hence my using this format to report their totally unprofessional constomer service and actions to take funds from my credit card.
