These people basically stole my tv. They originally picked my TV up for repair on 8/21/15 and have not returned it as of 12/5/15. I have called over 10 times and always get some bs answer that some guy scott is working on that one. i've asked for the owner or manger, and get no one or any answers. I have tried to level with them and explain that i just want my tv fixed and back but no one has ever called me back. I'm the last person that would write a review like this, but they have given me no choice. My tv is a 70' sharp that is not even 3 years old. Now I have to get a lawyer involved because they won't even answer the phone. I've been in business for a while and cannot even comprehend how these people think this is ok. I guess they're hoping I'll just go away, I'm sure someone is enjoying my tv somewhere.
