We decided to by a puppy from www.perfectshihtzu.com they said it would be shipped for free you will see that on there site.Ywill also see a picture of ruby the puppy i paid for. on the day the puppy was soppose th\o fly they called and said they needed 1200.00 to insure the puppy that they couldnt ship the puppy without insurance. we told them we couldnt pay that.he said he would go get the puppy and wire our money back to us.it seemed very fishey because that was the day delta had that computer outage and he claimed to get a flight booked. i really wanted the puppy i offered to pay the 250.00 for shipping. they wont answer there phone or answer our text
