Perfect Prime Serum Reviews
An email under the guise of Amazon came to my inbox, offering a FREE gift of eye cream. I would pay for shipping. I ordered my FREE gift of eye cream...and it didn't go through - so I tried again. Later I noticed I had "magically" order two different products and was charged for shipping on two different products. I let that slide, as there was no real way to cancel.
The eye cream was deliveried. Nothing magically about it...but I didn't expect it would.
A couple of weeks later I find two charges to my bank account. One for 89.95 and the other was for 87.94. I called my bank - we did a conference call with Perfect Prime. First I was offered 25% discount - then 50% discount - then a 75%. I was told about some bogus "Terms and Conditions" that I signed off on. There was no box - I didn't sign up for a subcription. Very deceptive way of doing business.
I was able to get back 75% of the bogus charges.
Lesson learned the hard way: Nothing is for FREE. I do wonder if Amazon.com knows these guys are using their name?
I recently sent for a trial offer of Perfect Prime anti-aging cream ($4.99) and Radiant Restore eye cream ($4.95) as advertised on the Internet. When I checked my bank statement a week later, the company had charged my account for $87.94 and $89.95, respectively.
I immediately called the number listed with these charges to complain that I hadn't ordered any further product, and asked why I had been charged for an order that I hadn't placed. The representative told me that in the "terms and conditions" of the trial, it clearly stated that if I didn't cancel within two weeks of the original order, I would be automatically signed up for a monthly auto ship program. I do not recall seeing a "terms and conditions" section, so it wasn't "clearly stated" at all. The representative told me the order was already shipped and they do not issue refunds. I continued to complain and was first offered a 35% discount then a 50% discount. The rep would not budge from there. She also informed me that she, herself, has learned that nothing is ever free. These two items were supposed to be “trials” – like the “trial” sizes you can get at any department store makeup counter; even Dior or Guerlain, for example.
Whether I actually receive the products is yet to be determined as well as the refunds. The rep supposedly canceled my "subscription" to the monthly auto ship program. This "trial offer" is a complete scam! It is immaterial if the products are worth it or not. The advertising is deceptive!
In December, I completed an online survey and was given a free sample of Perfect Prime and Radiant Restore cream as a thank you. Unfortunately I signed up for the "free trial" but did not realize I had to opt out in 14 days or I would be automatically signed up for on-going shipments. As I was checking my bank statments tonight, I noticed a charge of $89.95 from a company called Beauty Face Serum. I immediately called the customer service number and was told I was going to received the automatic shipments as I had not cancelled in the 14 day trial.
I told the rep Jasmine I had not signed up, nor did I recall seeing terms that stated I had to cancel within 14 days. She argued with me that it wasn't her fault that I didn't read the terms. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she could give me a 35% refund. When I again askd to speak to a supervisor, she offered a 50% refund, then ultimately a $75 refund. I told her this was an unfair and deceptive practice and these "opt-out" offers were unfair to consumers and I would be filing a complaint.
I wasked for the name and address of the company, and she told me she could not give it to me. I then asked for the name and address of her compant, and she told me she couldn't give me that either. She would only state that she worked for a customer service comany in Utah.
This is a complete rip-off and must be stopped.

As I continued to complain, she first offered me a 35% discount, then a 50% discount, and finally a 75% discount, but would not offer a full refund.
Whether or not I actually get the product is yet to be determined. The anti-aging cream only lasted two weeks. I still have eye cream left, but neither product lived up to the claim that it would "brighten" my skin and soften fine wrinkles. The representative did cancel my "subscription" to the monthly auto ship program. However, this "trial offer" was a complete scam, and I'm still out $44.48 for a product that doesn't work and that I didn't want.
