I got a VA Loan from Ifrerdom Direct,they assigned it to a loan Adminstrator. No problems My Bank notified me a year later that my Payments were being returned. I called my loan Admin. who informed me they had transferred my loan to PENNYMACUSA.com. I called PENNYMAC,they said I was late on my payment so I would have to get a Money order to pay it(Even though my Payments were made on time,then returned). Also, PENNYMAC,they said I could sign,up for Auto payment on their Website,it didn't work,they charged me a late fee again. I told PENNYMAC,they to delete their Auto payment,I would handle it via my Bank. While in the Hospital, PENNYMAC,they took 3 months of double payment(they paid NO PENALITY). PENNYMAC,they is ripping off Veterans
PennyMac Loan Services has a company policy of over charging their clients who apply for FHA loans during the first 15 days of the month, by requiring a 60 lock; than they charge their FHA clients who apply during the 16-31st ....unbeknownst to the client. The longer the lock period the more the loan cost you.
