Not only did she fail to pay rent in 2020, but she also caused well over $10,000 in damages to my home in Moreno Valley, CA. Every single window in the house was broken- every single one. Every door was destroyed- each an every interior door had to be replaced.
The bathroom sink had to be replaced, the tub had to be reglazed because of the filth she left. She ripped out the backsplash in the kitchen. The kitchen also had mold issues because apparently, this mental giant thought that hosing down kitchen cabinets with a garden hose was a wise decision. Towel racks and toilet paper dispensers were ripped out, and she left my house filled with garbage. The garage door was also broken.
