On March of 2020, this animal approached my wife to get a list of off market properties. My wife that is a real estte agent gave him the information on a property on Magnolia AND this SOB used his own agent and purchased it directly from the owners
Below is the email he received from me which he never responded on March 30th 2020
Ling; This email is being sent to you due to "circumventing" my wife ______, the procuring cause of the property in Magnolia which, she gave you the information both by text and email. Put your glasses on and read the below, it is in English Her understanding is "after you were told that the deal fell out of escrow by text Saturday at 2:45 pm ", today without her knowing you went with another gent to write the offer for Magnolia property. You have two options now:
1) Cancel your offer and write it through Olga and her partner Cameron ...YOU HAVE 48 HOURS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THIS EMAIL.
2) Do respond to this email with a lot of bullsh*t OR Do not respond to this mail within 48 hours AND in either case I will have your license number reported to DRE plus I will create a cloud on title and instruct the escrow not to close.
Bottom line, you will not get that property, mark my word. The new commission on the 30 units on Magnolia is now 4% My wife told me that you were also interested in the $40.0 M apartment deal in Monterey that you wanted to negotiate it, BEFORE SEEING IT. and of course your name was registered with the seller and the seller happens to be not only my buyer on another property, also is a broker and a friend..cc here Individuals like you need to be on the watch list
