On May 11,2021, Pablo Jr Carreno, came to my house and we sign a contract for a Addition , we speak about plans, measure land. on May 27/2021, he came again and we paid via personal check 10% of the contract to start our addition, $5855.00.
After this day the communication with him was minimal, several attempt were make every week, he will respond once in a while with excuses. The Job was never started. We lost complete communication on January 13/2022, when I went to his office put a note on his door and he call back saying, there was noting he could do, we should get lawyers.
I send him an email requesting and immediate refund due to violation of contract and Lack of Communication, and unethical business practices, witch he never responded.
