I ordered a puppet for the holidays and it never arrived. When I called customer service the representative said they did not deal with lost packages and it must have been some thing I had done. He told me to check the neighbors and fill out an email. After following the process and receiving nothing but a ton of kickback emails with no info and no updates I went to online chat and found a rep there. She told me I could not get a refund without a UPs claim which would take 2 weeks to determine. I waited and heard nothing (no voicemails, no updates). I checked back and found out it had been closed and my refund had been rejected because UPS called and did not leave a Voicemail. Peazz had never reached out to me or tried to help. They said it was my problem and to figure it out on my own with UPS. Ups has opened the case but asked me why Peazz never helped or gave me a refund. Amazon has had ups delivery issues and fixed them within one week with a full refund and a discount for my prime membership. Ebay also will issue full refunds within a week. It has been two months and I still have no product, no money, and have had the rudest customer service experience with these people.
I purchased two canine bark collars, a brand that I was familiar and happy with the product. Upon receiving they did not work. Wether they were deffective or ineffective they did not work and were sent back. After a 4 week delay in refund I called to find out they had the wrong CC number. I gave them the correct one and was told it would be issued that day. OVer a week passed still no refund. Called back and was told they have the wrong CC number again. They read back the correct number and then I was told the card was declined... for a refund. After the represenative talked to finance they were able to refund the order. But not the full amount. It is Peazz policy to not refund shipping for returns. Customer service, including the general manager was unapologetic, argumentative and just plain terrible. I advise reading BBB review on this company before making any purchase.
