The online testing of this organization has been stealing money from test takers with the racist, false, and unsubstantiated accusation of cheating. For example, the test was complete, there was no way to go back and change anything, It had been removed. I waited a few moments then went and used the restroom when I came back my account was flagged. I was writing an essay and I had completed the essay. However, prior to that, I was warned about looking down as I typed.
I believe that their test Online test proctors are incentivized to cancel your test so that they can collect multiple fees. I was previously disqualified on an Online exam whereby in person i received a score of 51 out of 50. Their online scam is fueled by the Pandemic. They are rigging the site to force you into online testing, in order to disqualify you over non-sense.
You are forced to take the exam online because there purposely take away appointments from actual in-person testing centers. There needs to be a federal investigation.
I took two 2015 B1 building inspector exams at Pearson vue. It was an open book test, the code book your being tested on is around 905 pages with a library full of information to remember. I was given 2 hrs. to complete this test which boils down to no more than 2 minutes a question. I marked the chapters and what there content was and studied this code book for 2 weeks believing that I had learned enough information to take this test and pass it....was I ever wrong. I had read blog infor for this examination and learned after I had scheduled my exam that there is an exam prep book to help you pass the exam. Well I took the exam and spent more time than 2 minutes allowed for each question and failed the exam.
I ordered the 2015B1 exam prep book for the IRC certificate, I studied it and took all 6 of the test and did several of them 2 times just to make sure that I understood the pertinent information. I did good on all the exams missing only 5 or less on most of them. I scheduled the second exam and paid another $199 the fee for taking the test. I felt good going into this examination having studied the prep book for 2 weeks, and taking all 6 of the test and doing well in them. I had another 2hrs to complete this exam, the test I'd taken from the prep book had 6, 2 hr time limits also and I completed them with 30 min. to spare, so I felt ready. Well the first question was worded so that I had to re-read it twice then rifle thru the code book to find the answer. I had learned from the prep book to mark the hard questions and proceed to the next question in hopes that you knew the answer off of the top of your head... boy was I in for a suprise, 80% of the questions were worded so that I had a hard time understanding them, trick questions, soo to make a long story short I failed this exam also and felt like I had been ripped off Big Time, all the time, money, spent, not to mention all the hours studying the necessary material. This Pearson vue set me up for failure from the start and I won't be ripped again!!! 2017-07-23
I have more than 10 years of experience and gave many Microsoft exams in past, however, my last experience was remain unforgettable.
I went to one of the Houston, TX exam center located in 77029 with a big smile on my face and was prepared for exams. I reached at location 15 minutes prior to the exam time and she allowed me to get in to the room. I sat in front of the computer and Disclaimer screen came to agree before starting the exam. I clicked on the Agree button but somehow it was not letting me proceed. I tried some more times and at last 5 minutes session got end and result came as ‘FAILED”. I already informed the co-ordinator about the issue why I was not able to give the exam, she said I am generating this report and they will contact you back.
I did not get any response back and I directly called Pearson VUE, I came to know that Co-Ordinator did not generate the report for that Incident and then I told all story to representative and they generate the incident report on behalf of me and told me that wait for some days our exam authority person will review the case and responding back to you.
I then wait and keep on touch with these guys, they took more than 15 days to review and came up with the below result
“We have completed a full exam review. The exam was administered properly with no errors nor loss in time. You are required to scroll all the way through the Microsoft Non-Disclosure Agreement and select agree within 5 minutes. From the information we received for the testing center, your exam was started correctly.
Unfortunately, as we were not able to find errors with the exam nor the testing center, we cannot approve compensation for your test.”
I was surpriced and tried to call them but they said sorry sir we cannot do on the authority response and that was the final response. I argued, just go and see in my back side camera where I was clicking but did not get response back. I think this is a creepy business tactics to steal people money.
Please always remember, if you are not able to click on the agree button immediately call your training coordinator, and forget if anything happened unfortunately Pearson VUE is not giving you money back. They just sat for Business and earning money from people by doing such nasty tactics
