I made a purchase on July 5th. My order wasn't shipped until July 12th providing no tracking info. Today is July 23rd and I've emailed 3 times asking to be provided with tracking info and sent a direct message on Instagram and left a comment under a post on Instagram w/ no response at all not even an acknowledgement from anyone. At this point only a few days shy of being a month this is the worst customer service Ive expreienced and I feel robbed as I still havent gotten a refund, a response or my merchandise.
I placed a order on November 18 2017. Didn't receive my item or a refund for it. Trying to contact someone in customer service. They have no phone number or any kind of customer service.
They set up website to fraud individuals with fake address and phone number where no one returns a call from customer service. I had to report them to BBB and that's still under investigation. I advise them to contact me and no reply at all. They failed to send the clothing items I wanted nor returned my $79.00 back to me.

Got an e-mail saying it had shipped but no tracking number was provided. Sent a DM through Instagram inquiring about my order with absolutely no response from anyone. I'm dumbfounded--they have the time to post 100 different pictures of their merchandise on Instagram but can't send a one-sentence response addressing my inquiry. At this point I've given up on receiving my item--I just hate that my hard-earned money was wasted.
