On Nov. 8th, 2018 I made an online purchase for (1) heated jacket through the Peakete websight for the amount of ($134.96) one hundred and thirty four dollars and ninety six cents. After a week I had not received any kind of notificatiion that my jacket had been shipped. I went back to their webpage for their contact info There was a button for a phone number but when clicked does nothing. There was however an email address. I sent an email to their email address ([email protected]) as well as posted on their facebook page. They responded on the facebook page that they would look into it and give it top priority and I would receive the shipping information by the following weekend. This I believe is a generic response as everyone else that had the same issue as me got the same response. 20 days after purchase and still no delivery or contact from this company. Stay away.
Shipping takes forever. (China) and the heated vest didn't work at all. I contacted them by email, as that is basically the only way and they asked me which power source I was using. I responded and they responded as if they didn't understand English at all and offered no solution.
I asked them how I could return the defective product and they will not respond. I submitted a complaint to Better Business Bureau and they also tried several times without any type of response. It may seem like the best price but you will just be out all that money!
I will also post on their Facebook page. It is very flimsy and has no recharging instructions at all. Came on this site to find instructions and still could not find. I had ordered through their FB page. Won't do that again. Not sure it's even worth $10. STAY AWAY!
Purchased heated vest......worked only first few days......sent message about exchange or refund and I was insulted .....for example I was told you know you need to recharge the battery. .. like I don't know that .......so far no response....not even to better business bureau..... Stay away ....so many company's selling similar items.... Go with a better company ....this company takes your money and don't stand by there product.....they sell poor quality........spend your money elseware....
