Horrible customer service!!! My car was towed legitimately, however retrieving it was a nightmare. Debbie hung up on me twice after I tried to explain my situation to her. I was told the business closes at 4pm and I explained to her we couldn't get there until a little after 4. When my son got there at 410pm, he could see people inside. I told him to keep knocking.I called again and she said she didn't lock her doors until 415pm. She then said she is NOT releasing my car until the next day and it would be an additional 35 dollars...on top of 125.00. She lied about locking the doors and I do believe it was a scam to get more money. My son was able to get hold of the owner and he agreed to wait until I got there. He was nice enough, however Debbie needs a class in customer service and anger management! She also gave me false information. I am the registered owner, which I told her, and she said it wouldn't be an issue releasing the car to my son. But after questioning her about the doors being locked etc, she went ballistic and yelled at me, saying she can do whatever she wants and that I'm not her customer. All I can add is..STAY AWAY from this business. But if your car gets towed by this business, don't deal with her! I do thank the guy/owner that was nice enough to wait and release my car back to us. And just a side note, the inside of this place was the worst dirty mess I have ever seen. Just like this womans attitude.
