We began using the services of Peachtree Pest Control in late summer of 2015. We hired them to provide mosquito service and pest elimination/prevention for our home. Our previous service we never had an issue or had to call him back out between services. We have had nothing except issues with Peachtree. I am being billed for services that did not take place in a comprehensive manner due to the fact that I have had more bug issues this year and within 2 hours of the tech's supposed visit I have spider webs around my house in the exact spots they were when I left that morning.
They claim they serviced my home, but with the spider webs I conducted a test area on my own. I purchased the "Home Defense" pest solution at the store and took down all the webs by my back two doors on my deck, treated the area myself and something amazing happened - I had NO ISSUES with bugs for almost 3 months. No new webs, or activity at all. If I can use a common pesticide and I know the chemicals used by licensed professionals are stronger how can someone claim they provided a service and bugs were active all over the house. They are not performing the services they say they are and the tech spent no more than 20 minutes at the address per his receipt.
I have attempted to contact the office of Peachtree several times and have spoken to the customer service supervisor Danny, who has not provided any help or followed through on any of the issues or commitments that he has made. When I called in last he asked me to take pictures and email them to him of the webs still on my house and I asked him to send me an email so I had his email address to send the pictues to and I still have never received an email from him and that has been over three months ago.
I then attempted to call back and asked for Danny's supervisor and was told that was Tom and I left a message for Tom to call me back and still have not heard from him either. The service business is about addressing issues as they arise and not trying to make excuses or ignore a problem in the hopes that it goes away. I then called and spoke to someone in billing because they are showing a balance that is incorrect ($80 too much) and let them know why I was not paying my bill and that I would not be paying my bill until this issues was fixed or addressed. She assured me that she would pass this on and have someone call me and as of 11/28/2015 I have yet to hear from anyone.
I would suggest staying away from this company at all costs as they have no concern for the quality of work being performed or the people they are servicing. This is clear in the lack of response in an attempt to fix or address anything.
