We have been using Peachstate Lawn Servicess LLC in Gainesville Ga for a few years and all of a sudden service stopped 4 weeks ago, (today is 8/4/20) height of grass cutting season and shrub trimming. We have called/ emailed/ texted company many times with no response except once. My wife was told by an office person that there was a medical issue in family a few weeks ago but they would try to work us in but our cost was going up and this would be year round even when nothing was taking place.
See what they wanted was to be paid when no work was being done so if they were fired they still received higher dollar fees. As of this day we still have been left handing out there. with no work done...! This happened once when the company was starting up spraying yards for weeds and when that failed we were never notified and the yard turned into a mass of weeds. You see this is a large summer lake home of a deceased parent.
We have to trust that work is taking place..They said they would handle the referral to a weed company and we would still pay them but I said we would handle it. Interesting we used the same company and it 30.00 cheaper. You be the judge? But we believe this company cannot be trusted and we truly believe we have recieved poor communication and poor accounting with past billing errors. Owned by Scott & Michelle Posten
