I recenlty bought Magicfeaturesplugin from this company. It failed to work as advertised, as a primary feature for which I bought it doesn't work. I sent three emails to [email protected] with all relevant information and including the log file.
The claim they will reply in 24 hours. It has been 11 days and no response. FYI, I asked for a fix or a refund (it wasn't much - $21, but it's the principle). That is terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again.
I purchased the key to unlock the product, however the product requires validating the key against the company's domain, and that validation constantly fails. In addition, the company's web site is down, and looking up their customer service phone numbers on their website on archive.org just netted me a recording that goes nowhere.
I used PayPal to make the payment. I discussed this with a Share*It representative who told me he would process a refund, but I've seen no movement in PayPal that indicates this is happening. We'll assume for the moment that they are accidentally and unknowingly selling software that cannot be registered, but it is pretty sloppy at best.
Just for the record, the software itself is great, anyone reading this considering purchasing it should really consider it, it's worth the twenty bucks (I'm talking specifically about MagicUtilities). But Share*It leave a lot to be desired.
After downloading the MagicFeatures software and using it during its trial period, I purchased two instant keys for use with 2 MagicJack devices. I entered the payment info, the payment was successfully processed, but instead of the license keys being displayed, the system reported a "key generation error" and said I'd be contacted shortly.
After almost a month of repeated attempts trying to get the paid for keys, I've hit a dead end. I receive nothing but automated replies to emails and never have received an acceptable solution. Finally I requsted a refund if the keys cannot be provided. Almost a week has passed since the refund request and no reply.
After downloading and purchasing a key, supposedly, for magicfeatures for my magicjack, the system reported a "key generation error". After repeated attempts at trying to get a refund, all I get is the canned robot answers.
PCPhoneSoft nothing more than a ripoff!!!!!!! Along with its side-kick us.shareit.com. Escalated my complaint with paypal, doubt if I'll get any results, they seem to be working for the seller!
