TIGERDIRECT / PCM has some of the WORST customer service,
They shipped me a non working computer and then told me I had to send it back before they would replace it
The turn around processw would take 20 days from start to finish,
They got my money and I have a non workibg macbook
I am extremely dissapoited that the return process is 20 days from start to finish,
I am going to be writing a handwritten letter to APPLE as a USER of apple products since 1992 , I have never been treated so horrible by any one representing apple or its fine products,
You sold me a defective computer and then want me to loose 20 days of work while you fix this?
I will be leaving MANY social media reviews , and also a complaint with YELP & THE BBB.
I just want to let you know, that I have owned 18 Apple products, meaning computers since 1992,
I am a professional web developer, for the last 15 years, I am high functioning, and I cannot be without a computer for a day,
I do appreciate you trying to accommodate me, but unfortunately that's not going to work,
I hereby ask that you ship the new computer ASAP, that way I have no downtime,
I have also reached out to the Apple Corporation, I have posted a negative review on yelp, I have posted a negative view of review on YouTube, I have gone to your Facebook and I have started harassing your staff and telling them that your company is a piece of s***,
My next move is to smash this computer into 1 million f***ing pieces
