They cancelled my order because of the daily limit. They emailed me saying the refund was processed immediately. But I have checked my account and there is no refund at all. This is a fraud scam site that should be shut down.
I used this website to order a Playstation gift card, but received a Karma Koin card, they spent almost 3 hours reviewing my order before processing it, then when I informed them I had the wrong item, they said it was my fault and that I would not be giving a refund. Having read many other similar reports and how they respond with their get out clause of basically saying you should have read the small print, I find this practice to be extremely shady. I find I am not alone with the many other reports stating similar experiences. I only hope the media can get involved and do something to protect consumers. In Europe we are proected by law from companies like this but unfortunatly this does not seem to be the case internationally from all the reports.
I currently have a paypal case open against them so hoping I can get my money back, if that fails I will then have to go through my credit card company which was used via paypal. Their CS has only responded once and has not answered anymore of my emails. This is all very exasperbating, but if even one of the countless reviews and reports I am filing in protects some consumers it will be worth it.
