No heat, broken windows, tile floor is coming up, tile floor needs to be replaced. Carpet needs to be replaced due to being old having embedded dog hair, stains, grime, oil and more. The sink does not go down the bathroom tub needs to be repaired due to coaking the bathroom sink is not attached to wall. The fence in the yard is broken and needs to be repaired.The kichen light does not always come on. The front door was kicked in (from son's friends) The back door has no key so I can not lock if I go out that door. Nothing is being repaired or fixed replaced.
