A NOS set of MB Quart crossovers, model# QXD 213 was ordered on February 14, 2018 from website pbtammalls.top for the amount of $44.00 USD. On February 16 my credit card was billed by an online transaction company called Qdahenpu Trade for the amount of $60.29. Qdahenpu Trade had e-mailed an online "Internet Payment Transaction Declaration” showing the sale date as: 16 February 2018, with an order ID#, transaction amount showing the original purchase amount (44.00), and my Credit card number the transaction was billed to. I was billed $16.29 more than the sale was authorized for, and have photocopied receipts and saved screenshots from the seller.
I would have been satisfied if the difference I was charged was shipping, or an online currency exchange issue, however as of April 16, 2018, I still have not received shipping confirmation numbers or any product from pbtammalls.top. I have inquired via the shop owners website (multiple times) when I would receive shipping confirmation, carrier used, difference in price and finally even asked to cancel the order for a full refund, but have received no replies or any correspondence since the date of sale. Further proof to my claim, is that my item had not been manufactured in more than 10 years but was still showing 1 available on their site, 2 months after I bought it. I’m sure more people are attempting to order the same part I never received, and I’m sure I wasn’t the first to be scammed. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company in the full amount of $60.29 USD. A fair warning to potential customers, don’t buy from pbtammalls.top !!
