I paid Phillip Rose $338.00 to file an answer to a legal complaint. He promissed he would file it on time. When I didn't hear from him on the last day to file I called to ask if it had been done.
His assitant said she would have to call me back.
An hour later I was told they were able to get a 1 day extention from opossing cancel but I would have to pay an additional $650.00
