I am freelancer since 2018 and i was saving all my money in my payoneer account. At the time of closure of my account i had 16,015.15 gbp and $806.30 in my account.

On june 13, 2022, payoneer blocked my account and disabled me from accessing my funds I have email proof).

On june 14, 2022, and june 16, 2022, i contacted payoneer and i was told that my funds are frozen for 6 months I have email proof).

On july 06, 2022, payoneer emailed me that my account is closed permanently I have email proof).

On july 19, 2022, payoneer customer care department emailed me that my funds are frozen indefinitely I have email proof).

Since june 13, 2022, i have contacted payoneer through live chat, email, twitter, messenger, live calls, payoneer didn't respond me properly on calls and always moved me in useless loops and wasted my time.

I have tried so much to come to an agreement with payoneer so that i get my funds back but payoneer is scamming me and not allowing me to withdraw my hard-earned money.

I belong to a poor family and my mother is sick, i am unable to bear a loss of losing all my money but payoneer is not understanding my situation. I need my money back.

Below text Copied from section 23.2 and section 16.6 of payoneer's terms and conditions) clearly states that payoneer can not hold funds permanently:

23.2 together with a termination notice or at any time thereafter we may give you instructions on how to withdraw remaining funds.

16.6 we may close, suspend, or limit your access to your use of the payoneer services and/or limit access to your funds for up to 180 days Or longer if pursuant to a court order or other legal process) if you violate these terms and conditions or any other agreement you enter into with payoneer, or pursuant to any proprietary fraud and risk modeling used by payoneer when assessing the risk associated with your use of the payoneer services. We may also limit your access to funds per the instructions of law enforcement or our regulators.

I hope i will get my money back soon with the help of scamion

I contacted payoneer today but they denied to talk to me on call two times. I have a final response from the payoneer which states that my funds are frozen indefinitely. I hope that the email screenshot will be accepted as final response letter as payoneer won't provide assistance as they never did in the last 5 weeks.

My complaint is about an unauthorized transaction in my account with Payoneer.

My problem started on 21st Dec, 2019 when I found an unauthorized transaction for 2540 USD on my account there. That transaction was transferred from my Payoneer account to another Payoneer account. I immediately started to contact them, but it was Saturday and couldn't reach them through their live chat service. So I called their international number and they DISABLED my account (which was very weird action from their side). That was to secure my account (which has no money left after that transaction), as they claimed.

Payoneer's procedures to secure my account have taken 10 days after sending them several documents as they have requested.

Payoneer is the worst company we have ever dealt with. Payoneer offers absolutely no protection for the consumers.

Was informed by Payoneer of unauthorized activity with my Payoneer account. I was told my account is blocked and I requested an investigation into the unauthorized transactions and they are reversed. Payoneer has offered zero support only repeatedly telling me my account is blocked.

Don’t trust this company.

PayPal supports scammers

also, customer service is cocky.

Now there is no way I can get my money back.

Not a good company for business owners.

I had over $130 in my account and I lost access to my account. They couldn't do a thing.

Im a paying customer for is 6 years. I do use Payoner to receive from 3k to 5k USD every month. I did ask for a new card on november/2018, once my active card would expire in 02/2019.

Payoneer did not sent me my card. Now i received my salary on payoneer, like I did over last 5 years, and they are telling me I need to wait for the new card (which will not be in my hands for the next 15 days) and then ONLY after that I can get my salary that is already available in their acount.

I reached the chat and no one gave a solution and dropped the talking, leaving me alone.

Payoneer account opened. No problems in the opening, but when the money is send to the account, payoneer made up an excuse not to transfer the funds. I have e-mailed many times did not work. There is no contact person already. On the top of our money, men lay down. This company don’t listen , don’t answer at last they stolen my money.

Payoneer - They are fraud, Payoneer is a SCAM! I would like everyone to be aware of this company. Payoneer is a scam they never gave me my money

The WORST customer support of any company I've ever dealt with online and they NEVER respond to complaints EVER. They are scammers who should be sued for the money they steal from everyone!

I used Payoneer on 1/26/2016 to pay an individual for freelance work. I never heard of the service before, but it looked to be professional, so I went ahead with the transaction. BAD CHOICE! The very next day, as I was checking my bank account, I noticed a transaction for a eatery in Florida ( I LIVE IN OHIO). Within 24 hours of using this services, my credit card information had been attached to a fake card and used. There is something wrong with the company. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT should be initialized.

MY CONCERN WITH THIS COMPANY IS THAT IVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR MORE THAN 22 TIMES ,FOR 2 WEEKS,FIRST,MY ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED ,THEY ASKED ME TO SEND PICTURES WITH PIECE OF PAPER WRITTEN MY PAYONEER WITH THE DATE,SECOND THEY ASKED ME A PICTURE HOLDING MY ID ,THIRD THEY ASK ME THE PICTURE OF MY ID,FOURTH THEY SAY THEY CNT SEE THE INFORMATION ON MY ID AND ASKED ME TO SCAN MY ID.I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE REQUESTED ME TO DO SO AND BEEN WORKING THAT FOR 1 WEEK ,WHEN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT AFTER THEY UNLOCK IT I TRY TO WITHRAW THE FUNDS WORTH$139 AND IT SHOWS THAT I CANT WITHDRAW THE FUNDS COZ ITS ASKING FOR$150 LIMIT FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO WITHRAW THE FUNDS,SO I ASK THE COMPANY IM WORKING FOR TO ADD ANOTHER $29 FOR ME TO WITHDRAW THE FUNDS.AND I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT OF PAYONEER IF I CAN WITHDRAW THE FUNDS,AND MY GOODNESS THEY TOLD ME I CANT WITHDRAW THAT FUNDS COZ I NEED TO HAVE $200 LIMIT.

I DONT HAVE ANY ISSUES USING PAYPAL ,I TRIED TO USE THIS COMPANY AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT,THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATED IN INDIA AND PAKISTAN ESP THE CHAT SUPPORT JUST EASILY DISCONECT YOU FROM CHAT.THERES A LOT OF COMPLAIN FOR THIS COMPANY.THEY KEEP ON HOLDING YOUR MONEY,I NEVER THOUGHT THIS IS THE SERVICE THEYRE PROVIDING US CUSTOMERS.I WILL NEVER EVER USE PAYONEER AGAIN .
