WARNING to consumers and game companies alike: Do NOT use PaymentWall for their services. They are fraudulent scammers and have comitted Credit card fraud using my card information, which is a Federal Offense, making them criminals. I am presently reporting them to the BBB and Federal Trade Commision.

I entered my valid credit card information through their application and did not receive my purchase. After investigating the matter, it turned out that a "hold" was placed on my order for "security reasons".

First of all, my card has never given me problems at any other vendor, and is 100% valid information. But it is what they did with my information that is truly detestable criminal behavior on their part.

They actually CHARGED ME CARD, and THEN placed a hold on my order. Read that one more time. They CHARGED my card for the purchase and THEN decided my card information had "security risks". BUT THE CHARGE TO THE CARD WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED BY THE MERCHANT BANK IF THE INFORMATION WAS NOT VALID TO BEGIN WITH! Normally how a merchant account works is you send in the card information to a merchant bank and if the CCV, billing address or expiration date is wrong, the charge will be DENIED by the BANK and the charge WILL NOT go through. What the criminal offender PaymentWall did was CHARGE MY PERFECTLY LEGITIMATE CARD with accurate security information that DID go through the merchant bank, and THEN arbitrarilty decided that it was a "security risk". They did this to falsify their quarterly profit reports and make it seem like they made a profit off of an illegitimate transaction where I did not agree nor receive my purchased goods. This is a Federal offense and will get the CEOs, managers, and condescending 'customer service representatives' of the Paymentwall scam site JAIL TIME in a FEDERAL DETENTION CENTER.

So what happened to my money? They KEPT IT!. And will keep it for the next SEVEN DAYS while their "refund" processes. In other words, they stole my money, charged my card for a purchase they claimed was on hold and DIDN'T go through, and then decided they would gather interest on the funds for the next week until returning MY money. And at NO point have I received my goods or products.

Isn't the definition of a refund a RETURN of ones money in exchange for return of purchased goods? I did NOT receive ANY GOODS to begin with. They have literally stolen my money and I will not have it for the next 7 days while they accrue interest on it. This is illegal, immoral and PaymentWall should be shut down and the owners and employees sent to jail.

I used paymentwall to pay for a VPN services. Then i discovered they were removing very small amounts of money each week from my account, not for any service from the VPN provider.

The sums of money were small and barely noticeable such as: 1.62 to 1.75 but they were taking this every single week. When i confronted them they freaked out, i told them they were engaged in fraud and they said we will pay back all of the money. Now imagine, or not if they are taking small sums like those mentioned from thousands of other customers each week we are talking millions each year.

With every email they sent me denying what they had done [they never denied taking the money] my suspicions grew more and more. I contacted the serious fraud office in London who took my case and they referred me to American authorities [ who were basically f***ing useless and seemed not the slightest bit interested in this fraud. My bank has informed me they will now blacklist this company Santander and have even opened their own investigation just in case paymentwall are defrauding other companies.

Make no mistake this company is involved is serious fraud, and this fraud is making them millions i have no doubt.

I have left the matter to the police in the UK, not America which as we all know is corrupt to the core, and they were not interested in the slightest. However the UK police and the Euorpean union offices i spoke to were very interested and i have received email from both asking me to send details emails and bank stuff they also asked for permission to contact my bank on the matter Santander UK, which i agreed to.

so please beware if you are purchasing a service online 'ask if they use paymentwal if they do' do not use the service. If you have suffered a similar fraud and are from Europe, please report it to the European commission, who unlike the American government who are simply corrupt to the core take it serious.

I understand this was only a few pounds in total, but if they are doing this as i accused them of to thousands of customers this is a multi-million pound scam.
