Been disconnected 3 times this morning, on hold for the 4th again. Ive asked for a supervisor everytime. They deactivated my card for no reason, stating they mailed a new one (never received). No one there speaks any decent english. Definitely cancelling with them after this issue is resolved.
Finally just got a supervisor on the phone, who was unable to help. Thankls for nothing....
You have to really suck, for me to take out the time to write one of these. I am pissed, this is now the second time that pay day rolled around and my money is not on the card. Ofcourse they have no idea why, because it isn't on there end. Yet, they are the ones who told me it would be there at 10am. They read of there scripts so much you barely have time to get your question out. The supervisor is just as clueless as the desk minions, and the only thing they do know is to read a script. After reading another complaint about them on this website, I think I'm going to get a green dot card and call it quits. Saddens me that employers actually use this company for their employees. Shows me just how much they care about us, which obviously is very little. Avoid using this card company at any cost, completely clueless, careless, unsympathetic, and over exertion of script.
