Paxum is a scam paydek is a scam If you have been scammed by paxum report they on FINTRAC http://www.fintrac.gc.ca/intro-eng.asp (where paxum get their license from) Also report their payment processor a uk based company name Payek on https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/report-scam-unauthorised-firm I requested a EFT transfer on my paxum account to my bank account. It supposed to takes 5 business days for the money to reached my bank according to paxum. It’s been two weeks and I still got nothing, last week when I reached out to the support they are giving me different answers one said that my payment is sent already and the other said that it’s being delayed for some reason. When I confronted them again they were confused as hell. This past week I been asking the support where my money is all I got from them is that they are waiting for processor to respond. Seriously?two weeks of missing payment and not a respond from your own processor how is it even possible?now they are refusing to answer my ticket as well. Avoid this company at all cost
Same here I got some issue about this paxum they limited my account and I can withdraw. Then I upload plenty ids so thry remove my limeted then they not accept so I,decide to close my paxum account and requesting to trandsfer my funds to a card before they closed . After that I received an email from them that they already closed my account and saying they will send my out standing balance after that I responds that when they send mu funds but all they say that my balance account was voided how could rhis happned before thwy closed my account I have 189 usd there but now thwy telling me that the balance is voided this paxum is totally scam I pay for thier service about 45 usd then they do this to me hopw u guys are take some acxtion to this paxum so they learn thier lesson
I work from home and get paid from a company on the internet, the company I work with give me an option to get paid through different payment systems. I decided to not using Payoneer as payment anymore so I signed up with Paxum I thought this would be cheaper. The site claims it will send money to you credit card or bank account (credit card fee %3 plus 6 dollars) (bank account fee $50) I went with credit card transfer, I wrote them asked why have I not received my money to my credit card the first respond was they have not heard back from the processor hmmm. So I wrote them again they told me funds were not transferred do to error we are investigating. weeks later no respond nothing. I'm not the first person they have done this to please do research before you use Paxum Ewallet. I'm not the only one they have done this to. There are lots of scam reports on Paxum. I am now looking for a lawyer... I needed to pay my mortgage with this money, I am stressed out and not sure what will happen with my home. I will be filing a lawsuit for stress plus other things this company put me through. Please be very careful about who you do business with over the internet.
DO NOT WITHDRAW FUNDS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD USING THIS SERVICE. I work from home online, and my company for some reason uses this service to pay their employees. My first cheque that was deposited to my account on this site was for 500 USD. I attempted to withdraw it to my external/personal credit card. the transaction was supposed to take 5-7 business days. It has been almost a month and I have yet to recieve the money. I opened a support ticket asking them why I had not recieved my money. They told me that "Your inquiry has been forwarded to our accounting department." They then told me that once they recieve an update form that department, they would notify me. that was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to recieve any emails. One thing that I can say is that the Mastercard that the site offers works as promised, although it did take more than a month to get to me from the time I ordered it. But for whatever reason, it seems this useless company can't seem to withdraw funds to any external banks. From what I can gather they take the money and make up bulls**t excuses until you give up trying to get it. But I am not standing for it, so in addition to writing this complaint, I am alerting the authorities.
