So on May 24, 2018 I bought a few items from their pet supply store online at http://pawtree.com (www.Pawtree.com/holly) from a person named Jeffery Eshem who lives at , texas, . Store location. or P.O. Box 92902 Southlake, TX 76092 or store location 940 S KIMBALL AVE STE 150, SOUTHLAKE TEXAS 76092 US... Aside from their 3 different addresses which I am not sure if they are even correct or made up, I have experienced the worst customer service ever.
Also, items were not delivered on time and on top of that they delivered the wrong items and was charged a ridiculous amount a few days later. I continue to get unauthorized charges and they keep refusing to deliver the correct items. If I must say I do not recommend this pet supply store. Just stick with pet smart or your local grocery store. BEWARE of Paw Tree and the guy Jeffery Eshem who represents this company!!!!!
