Then as planned the crooked attorney, Matson Kelley, gets wind of an easy score of big money for nothing, he once more use’s an already tried and proven land grabbing conspiracy involving himself and his relationship with the Chief Judge of Maui.
Thus we were forced to fight a predetermined case from the start between the now, Former Chief Judge of Maui, who was the possible uncle and mentor, who by Aiding and abetting his nephew and protégé, carried out their robbery.
Their premeditated plan included Matson Kelley a Maui Attorney falsely claiming to represent a daughter with no legal interest in our properties.
As her mother hired Mitchell S. Burns, attorney at law of the Hawaii Estate Planning Law Group located in Honolulu, to remove her, from any ownership interest. This warranty deed was recorded at the State of Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances recorded on March 15, 2001.
This became a matter of public record, thus unchallengeable. However, with the necessary aid of his retiring mentor, the Chief Judge of Maui, Joseph E. Cardoza their conspiracy was carried out. Cardoza’s involvement was a matter of turning a blind eye to the facts of law. He was the chief judge thus in a position to do so, again.
Maui’s Chief judge, Cardoza’s first move in this organized thief was to take over the sitting judge's position as she saw straight through this fraud case when Matson presented the absurd paperwork at the first hearing. Read her accurate choice of words about Matson’s audacity, in this story!
Thus from start to finish, Maui’s chief Judge, Joseph Cardoza, made certain by abusing his position, risking license as well as liberty, handed his associate and protege, our three homes. A case without Merit! Let me be clear, their so-called Merit were my three homes worth 2.5 million dollars. Just down the road from Matson’s, primary residence, all my homes had ocean views.
Moving on, both judges were aware I was planning to sue, Matson Kelley for punitive damages, possibly, unraveling all the past frauds they committed, and perhaps leading to their arrests. Their advantage, Maui’s Chief judge held the authority to hand down all decisions for a case he was involved in, financially and had a relationship with all the criminals. (Attorneys)
Their other advantage, my first attorney, Terrance M. Revere, was awarded his biggest payday from the same Chief judge of 4 million dollars. Perhaps shared with Crooked Cardoza. His blind eye and obvious cooperation were more profitable than the hourly wage he conned me out of. Imagine the favoritism he gained, read the story you will agree.
Their other advantage, my second and last attorney, Paul J.Sulla, had a pending court case pending for the exact same crime I hired him to expose, against a doctor. Paul did expose Matson's fraud and milked me for all the money he could then threw my family under the bus anyway, by handing them our homes.
Thus his fraud case was dismissed shortly after, Paul fraud case had been ongoing for over ten years. Their crimes were also used previously and successfully just months before against a group of religious native Hawaiian people who’s had their lands stolen, they were forced to watch their church bulldozed down by these same men.
