Paul Gallardo is the owner of American Eagle in San Jacinto. His license was revoked in 1995 and suspended again in 2010. AS of 1.4.2018, his license is pending suspension/revocation once again. The CSLB has acted on one complaint filed, but 4 other complaints are to follow on 4 separate properties. He is being charged with no workers comp and he is a danger to step foot on your property with employees who are not covered.
He intalled carpet and flooring without securing the leak in a roof and it rained. The interior ceiling collapsed and everything in the room was destoryed. He said it was existing, yet he was remodeling the entire house and was informed of the leak. He claims it was not in his scope of work, you will hear that alot. The CSLB filed 9 new violations against him on this property alone. He is finished, thank God he won't be able to do this to anyone again.
SEE PICS.
He will ask for more than 10% up front and will not keep your project on schedule. He delays, destorys materials, leaves items outside in the rain, has poor workmanship and has a major attitude. If you tell him you are going to report him to the state, he will reply, "PLEASE DO". Well we did and now his license is going to be history. We have also spent over $10,000 to our attorney to sue him in court.
