After listing our house with Mr. Moynihan, we noticed in several occasions that the property was left unlocked. Mr. Moynihan swore that he had locked the property. Within the week, we returned to our property to find not only the doors unlocked but opened and the remaining furniture we had in the house was gone. Mr. Moynihan ignored my calls for several days after this incident and responded to text messages about the matter saying 'I have no knowledge of this matter.' EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not do business with this low life thief unless you're looking to lose big! Had to change all the locks and even still a window broke 'mysteriously' even after Mr. Moynihan was told not to enter our property again. The local police have a knowledge of Mr. Moynihan and made me aware of this.
