Just to update you all, the Premiere subscription was cancelled and unused amounts were credited back. I wasn't eligible to be refunded for prior months, but opted out for a future year as I no longer flyer internationally.
I have been charged every month in my Chase Card from a "passaport premier" I have no idea were it came from, I didn't buy it, I didn't apply. It seems impossible to cancel.
