Tracked in muddy foot print all thro dining room & living "hard wood"
distroyed beautiful 8'x10' oriental rug in dinning room
one hole wall and wood works had to be repainted because of black grease hand print every where.
front door and storm door had to be black finger prints all over left hand side
did not bother to secure all joints that needed to be shodered this took 9 trips back to my house to complete this part so I could have a/c running to cool off my house in 101 degree temp in august
there was 1 person who knew how to fix all the problem his name was frank.
this job was a total nightmare for me. so i will never recomend company to any one.
i called the office and explained every thing but i never heard 1 word from them.
