Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Selfish, greedy people
I had a similar experience to the other reviewer. The sizing of the ready made diaper harness I ordered was extremely off, but they take weeks, even a month, to reply. Sometimes they don’t reply at all, until you file a Paypal dispute but Alex Huen seems to know how to work around those. He knows how to talk sweet but is very manipulative. They are not willing to work with you in any way once they have your money, even if the error is glaringly obvious. I was not even asking for a full refund, even though that would have been more than fair. They didn’t ship the ready-made neoprene shoes that Alex promised me he would ship “right away” so that my rescue goose (with a 50/50 chance to live) would have the ready-made shoes I ordered to protect her open wound (which was the size and depth of a tennis ball, infected, and necrotic) from the Bumblefoot infection she also had. He knew this yet still ignored me and did not ship the item. 6 weeks and many attempts to contact them later, no reply. He escalates my Paypal dispute to a claim and ships them the same day, but at this point I don’t need the shoes now - I needed them when I ordered them, when he told me I would have them. Not to mention I don’t trust that they will be the size they claim they are or have any respect for this company. He could have refunded me and not lost anything, but instead chose to manipulate the system and take advantage of my patience and trust. It’s not even about the money, what really bothers me is how selfish, greedy and conniving they are. I order online a lot but have never come across a company this bad.
This company is extremely manipulative and cannot be trusted. I ordered duck shoes and a duck diaper. I placed an order on July 12 and they told me it would take up to two months for me to receive it. I waited 3 months, and after receiving no response from 8 emails (and they have NO phone numbers or address listed anywhere online), and finally filed a PayPal dispute. Alex Huen actually responded, profusely apologized, and promised the items were almost done and he would send a free item along with the order. I waited a month, and received nothing. It had now been five months. I then tried to call PayPal to re-open the dispute and lo and behold once you close the dispute you cannot re-open it! So you are out of luck with PayPal and the merchant can continue to scam people out of money. I truly believe this is something that they systematically do that they try to push the deadline so far back that you cannot file a PayPal dispute and then they never intended to ship the items.
