Ordered parts from this company on 7-6-2015,i was informed the part i needed was on 2 week back order,i said that was okay i could wait.on 7-23-2015 my credit card was charged for the part i ordered and shipping. as of 8-25-2015 the part has not been delivered.on 8-14-2015 i called partsguy requesting information on my order,they said they would check out the problem and call back.that has not happened yet.i have tryed repeatly to contact partsguy.com but they will not answer their phone.i think they must use caller id to scan their calls.if you need hvac parts try another company.
I called Partsguy.com (pgisupply.com) on 6-8-17 to order part #107000015 for my Rinnai water heater. The rep answered my call immediately.
The wrong part was delivered. They sent me part #104000029. I called back on 6-12-17 and the rep answered immediately.
He claimed that the part they sent was different but compatible. I explained that the wiring harness connections were not compatible. He said he would call Rinnai headquarters and get back to me.
After three days I began calling and leaving telephone messages. From that point I never had a call answered---just answering machine. I left numerous messages and two weeks and also sent emails to the address posted on their website. I have not been able to get any response by telephone or email.
Evidently, Partsguy.com (pgisupply.com) is not interested in discussing a refund.
