Parts-go.com is a scam spoke to some Jerk name Mike who does not return calls no delivier on the parts he promises. There phone number 1-855-537-2255 and after you order? they don't pick up calls. Luckily for me I am with a GREAT credit union. Lake Michigan Credit Union and I disputed the charges, they made attempts to contact the A-hole with no luck and cancelled the transacation and got my money back, now their website is down and the number is diconnected but they may still be operating out of 1298 Biltmore ST SW, St Lucie Florida. Buyer BeWare don't buy from these jerks but if you looking for an outstanding place to do your banking? Go to Lake Michigan Credit Union!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES, THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM A LOT OF PEOPLE. THEY STOLE FROM ME 15 MONTHS AGO AND ON JUNE 21,2017 I RECEIVED A REGISTED LETTER IN THE MAIL CONTAINING A CHECK FOR THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME IN FEBRUARY 2016. I DEPOSITED THE CHEK IN MY BANK AND ABOUT 5 DAYS LATER MY BANK NOTIFIED ME THAT THE CHECK WAS NO GOOD. I CONTACTED THE BANK THE CHECK WAS DRAWN OF WHICH IS BB&T AND THEY SAID THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. THE CHECK WAS WRITTEN ON JUNE 14, 2017, I DEPOSITED IT ON JUNE 23,2017 BECAUSE I HAD TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND SIGN FOR IT. I WENT TO BB&T ON JULY 3 AND THEY SAID THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT THEIR CHECK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU RECEIVE ONE BECAUSE THESE ARE THIVES AND THEY DON'T PLAN ON GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. I HOPE THAT PEOPLE WILL CHECK FOR REVIEWS TON THESE COMPANIS BEFOR SENDING THEM MONEY.

This company has the worst shipping department and methods ever, and you will receive no tracking info or details on your order. I placed an order on May 17th, 2017 for an engine, at a cost of $1875.00. The cost was very agreeable, but come to find out... the shipping is the absolute worst ever. As of June 15th, 2017, I have yet to receive my purchase, and have not been given any tracking numbers, or info on what shipping company is being used. I have made repeated calls to the customer service department, most were ignored, and when I did connect with "Mike", I felt like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. He would place me on hold for a couple of minutes, and when he came back on-line, he gave me the excuse that Memorial Day had set all their shipments back by 3-4 days, and that my product was in transit. Since my order fell after the supposed delivery date, "Mike" did offer to refund the $130.00 shipping cost, only after "Proof of Delivery", which so far has not happened. Now the reason I chose to go through this company is the prices they offer for the engines is very competitive, and a good value, as is the low mileage, and also offer the best warranty I have seen. My complaints with this company, is the lack of customer service and satisfaction, as well as the horrible and extremely outdated shipping methods they use and offer. They tell you when you place the order that you will get a tracking number, but this is 100% ""NOT TRUE"".

Everything that has been posted before me is pretty much word for word except I bought my engine 8 days later on the 25th. I got the same run around explanation and not they will not answer the phone nor return my calls. My next move is to go to the states attourny office and file a complaint.
